Who can place an order?
Anyone in the U.S. and Canada. A credit card payment option is available for orders $250 and less.
Schools and organizations are encouraged to use a purchase order and are invoiced when an order ships. Payment is due 30 days from invoice date.
What can I expect after I place an order?
An order confirmation will be emailed to you. When your order, or items from your order ship, you will receive an emailed update. Larger orders will be delivered via UPS. Orders weighing up to 15 lbs will ship UPS Mail Innovations.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Most orders are processed right away and changes cannot be made once they are processed. However, send a note through our Contact Us link or call. We will try to accommodate your request.
How can I check my order status?
Log in and go to My Account and select Review Order History. Find the order number and note its status listed in the far right column. To view order detail, click on the order number.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If an item is available, it will ship within 1 day and arrive in 2-4 days. Items may ship from more than one warehouse, so it is possible you will receive more than one delivery for your order.
What if an item is unavailable?
If an item is unavailable it will go on backorder for up to 30 days, after which time it will cancel.
Can I return items from my order?

How do I create a quote?
Fill your cart. When finished, click on the cart icon and click “Save as Quote” button instead of Place Order.

Who can access Foundations & Frameworks information?
All certified participants, those having successfully completed the 10-day training can have access to Foundations & Frameworks information, which includes customized filters showing what titles are used in the program and where they are placed, a complete title list, and a calculation guide for budgeting. All registration requests are reviewed for certification before access can be given.
How much are SPECS Logs?
There are four editions. Type “SPECS” in the search field to find individual pricing.
What do I need to order for training?

Our school is going to implement Foundations & Frameworks. How do I know how much to budget for books?
Once you register (Login > Register) as a certified Foundations & Frameworks participant, you’ll be able to access the Calculation Guide. Log in, go to My Account and start with the “F&F Order Portal.” Don’t hesitate to contact us with questions.
How can I get a complete list of Foundations & Frameworks titles?
Once you register as a certified Foundations & Frameworks participant (Login > Register), go to My Account > F&F Title List. A complete list will download as a customizable spreadsheet.
Can you send me a print out of all the Foundations & Frameworks titles I have ordered?
Go to My Account > Review Order History > Click on the Order Number containing titles you ordered > Print Order. Download the Foundations & Frameworks Title List (My Account > F&F Title List) and record titles ordered.
