- At Make Way for Books, we take selecting literature for young readers seriously. Our service offers families, educators, and schools reliable, “best of the best” recommendations that inspire a love of reading and foster a discerning literary appetite. Books selected as “mwfb” titles:
- communicate praiseworthy themes or ideas
- contain age-appropriate content and language
- captivate young readers’ imaginations
- model high-quality writing
- exhibit potential educational value
Our nearly 20-year history includes selling children’s books home-party style, fulfilling mail orders, and providing book fairs. Now, along with our continued literature recommendation services, we design, publish, and distribute training materials for Architecture of Learning™, an innovative, research-based instructional design model. We also publish and distribute training and student materials for Foundations & Frameworks, an instructional reading program.
